These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of CoWorker ("CoWorker", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, applications, hosted AI agents, integrations, and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CoWorker provides hosted AI agents and related tools that allow users to create, configure, instruct, and operate AI-assisted workflows.
The Service may connect to third-party AI routing providers, AI model providers, APIs, websites, files, messaging systems, accounts, and other external tools or services.
2. User-Controlled Agents
CoWorker agents are user-directed tools. You are responsible for the prompts, instructions, goals, content, files, configurations, permissions, approvals, integrations, credentials, accounts, and actions you provide to or authorize through your agents.
Agents may generate outputs, make recommendations, call APIs, process files, send messages, interact with websites, operate connected tools, or take other actions based on your instructions, configuration, third-party tool behavior, and third-party AI model responses.
You are responsible for reviewing important outputs and actions before relying on them or allowing them to affect external systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoWorker is not responsible for losses, damages, claims, penalties, or other consequences resulting from your prompts, instructions, configurations, user-provided content, actions you approve or authorize, decisions made based on agent outputs, third-party AI model outputs, third-party tool behavior, or inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate agent outputs.
CoWorker remains responsible for operating the Service with reasonable care, including platform security, access controls, and functionality under our control.
3. AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You should not rely on AI outputs as professional, legal, medical, financial, tax, security, or other expert advice. You are responsible for independent review and verification before using outputs for important decisions.
4. Third-Party AI Providers
The Service may send prompts, uploaded content, files, agent instructions, outputs, conversation context, tool results, and related metadata to third-party AI routing and model providers to process user requests.
These providers may include OpenAI, OpenRouter, Venice through OpenRouter, DarkBLOOM through OpenRouter, Google AI Studio through OpenRouter, Open Inference through OpenRouter, and Cohere through OpenRouter.
OpenRouter may route requests to underlying AI model providers according to routing settings, availability, pricing, model selection, and provider policies.
We do not operate or control the underlying third-party AI models or provider infrastructure. Provider data handling may vary by provider, model, endpoint, settings, and published policies.
Where available, we may configure provider restrictions such as no-training preferences, logging controls, or zero-data-retention options. These settings may depend on the selected provider, model, endpoint, account settings, and technical availability.
5. Provider Consent
Before using hosted agents, you may be asked to accept a separate AI Provider and Agent Consent. Your use of the Service is subject to that consent where applicable.
Some third-party AI providers may retain, review, process, or use prompts, uploaded content, outputs, and related metadata to improve services or train models, depending on their published policies and the provider selected for a request.
Where required by applicable law, we will request separate consent before routing user content to providers that may use such content for training or model improvement.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, submit sensitive or regulated information without understanding the processing risks, generate or perform harmful activity, bypass security, interfere with systems, upload malicious code, or use agents to perform external actions without proper authority, permission, and review.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials, API keys, connected accounts, files, and integrations.
7. External Actions and Connected Services
If you connect accounts, APIs, tools, files, websites, messaging services, payment systems, or other external services to CoWorker, you authorize the Service and your agents to interact with those services according to your configuration and instructions.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and use those services and for complying with their terms, policies, and laws.
CoWorker is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, third-party policies, or external consequences caused by user-authorized agent actions.
8. No Warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoWorker disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service, agents, AI outputs, third-party models, or integrations will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, lawful, or suitable for your intended use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoWorker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business, goodwill, revenue, or opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoWorker is not responsible for losses, damages, claims, penalties, or security incidents caused solely by independent third-party providers, external services, user instructions, user-approved actions, user-provided content, or user-connected accounts, provided that CoWorker operated the Service with reasonable care and complied with its own legal obligations.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory data protection, consumer protection, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
10. Informal Resolution
Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to contact us first at campstudiomail@gmail.com with a description of the issue and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve it informally, where permitted by law.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
