3. Third-Party AI Providers and AI Routing
To provide the Service, we may transmit user prompts, uploaded content, files, agent instructions, outputs, conversation context, tool results, and related metadata to third-party AI routing, model, infrastructure, hosting, analytics, and security providers.
These providers may include OpenAI, OpenRouter, Venice through OpenRouter, DarkBLOOM through OpenRouter, Google AI Studio through OpenRouter, Open Inference through OpenRouter, and Cohere through OpenRouter.
OpenRouter is an AI routing provider. It may route requests to underlying AI model providers according to routing settings, availability, pricing, model selection, and provider policies.
We use third-party AI routing and model providers according to their published terms, privacy policies, and available privacy settings. Each provider may have its own logging, retention, review, abuse-monitoring, training, and model-improvement policies. We do not operate or control the underlying third-party AI models or provider infrastructure.
Where available, we may configure provider restrictions such as no-training preferences, logging controls, or zero-data-retention options. These settings may depend on the selected provider, model, endpoint, account settings, and technical availability.
Users should not submit sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary personal information in prompts or uploaded content unless it is required for their intended use of the Service.
Some third-party AI providers may retain, review, process, or use prompts, uploaded content, outputs, and related metadata to improve services or train models, depending on their published policies and the provider selected for a request. We will not intentionally route user content to providers that use such content for model training or improvement unless the user has been clearly informed and has provided separate consent, or unless another lawful basis applies under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoWorker is not responsible for losses, damages, or security incidents caused solely by independent third-party providers, provided that CoWorker used reasonable care in selecting and managing such providers and complied with its own legal obligations.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory data protection, consumer protection, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
4. Hosted User-Controlled Agents
CoWorker provides hosted AI agents as user-directed tools. Users are responsible for the prompts, instructions, content, files, configurations, permissions, approvals, integrations, and actions they initiate or authorize through their agents.
Agents may generate outputs, make recommendations, interact with tools, call APIs, access connected services, process files, send messages, or perform other actions based on user instructions, user configuration, third-party tool behavior, and third-party AI model responses.
CoWorker does not guarantee that agent outputs will be accurate, complete, lawful, safe, or appropriate for any specific purpose. Users should review important outputs and actions before relying on them or allowing them to affect external systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoWorker is not responsible for losses or consequences resulting from user instructions, user-approved actions, user-provided content, user-connected accounts, external tool behavior, or decisions made based on agent outputs.
CoWorker remains responsible for operating the Service with reasonable care, including platform security, access controls, and functionality under our control.
5. How We Share Information
We may share personal information with AI routing providers, AI model providers, infrastructure providers, hosting providers, storage providers, security providers, analytics providers, monitoring providers, payment processors, professional advisors, authorities where required by law, and another company in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling user data for money.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis, we process personal information based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and improve the Service.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the user's account settings, provider settings, selected model, selected endpoint, legal requirements, and operational needs.
Third-party providers may have their own retention periods and logging policies. We describe provider use in this Policy and, where required, request separate consent for certain provider processing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
